Zhejiang Motobax Technology specialises in automotive tube forming and supplies Volkswagen, GM, Great Wall, NIO, BYD, SAIC-GM-Wuling, Geely and other major carmakers.
The challenge
Motobax developed its own six-axis automated tube cutting machine, but its complex kinematics were more than other offline programming software could simulate.

The FASTSUITE China team developed the 3D simulation and offline programming for the automated tube cutting machine, and virtual commissioning is now the standard process for every new Motobax project.
