Core platform
FASTSUITE Edition 2
Build a 3D virtual environment of the robot line in the software, generate robot paths automatically from the process, validate them in simulation and send executable programs to the robot for production.
Four core modules
Layout Builder
Build the 3D layout of a whole line or workcell in the virtual environment, placing robots, controllers, fixtures and other resources straight from the 3D industrial component library.
Resource Builder
Manage models of robots, machine tools, tooling and other resources, with integration of robots and machines from many brands.
Offline Programming
Robot paths generated automatically from the process, validated in simulation and turned into executable programs for the robot, with automatic path generation, collision avoidance and SDK development.
Virtual Commissioning
Connect simulated or real controllers and mirror the whole line 1:1, trying things out in the virtual environment to lower commissioning risk and training cost on site.
Which edition?
FASTSUITE Edition 2 R2026 comes in an Offline Programmer and an Integrator series, three levels each. Every edition includes all OLP technology packages, all downloaders and all simulation controllers.

From the projects
XCMG Phase 3: simulation and shop floor
Crane structure welding, special-vehicle lines and other projects, laid out, programmed and simulated in FASTSUITE Edition 2 before production. The video cuts between simulation and footage from the shop floor.

FASTSUITE Edition 2 is built from modular workbenches (OLP, Layout Builder, Fixture Builder, Resource Builder and more), with general, geometry, snap-and-drag, collision, swept-volume, interactive-simulation and measuring interaction modes.
An extensible translator / downloader framework. Every robot brand has its own adapted, validated downloader, for example the Daihen-OTC, FANUC and Yaskawa arc-welding downloaders. The framework is open to customers and integrators, who can build their own translators for new brands and controllers.
A complete Python API (CenPy) covering programs, operations, motion positions, event handling (including seam-finding and touch-sensing operators), attributes and downloaders, with Visual Studio Code debugging, controller and process plug-ins, fully customisable PDF reports (multilingual, customer logo) and a translation framework.
